I teach a Qi (pronounced like “me") Gong classes twice a week. Qi Gong means “working with Qi”. Using a combination of simple movements and breathing techniques, Qi Gong is both relaxing and energizing. From muscle tension to hypertension, it addresses all levels of well-being. It is both an external and internal practice. Outwardly it looks much like tai chi and includes movements of the 12 major joints of the body in rhythmic and often repetitive form to increase flexibility, strength and range of motion. Internally, it focuses the mind and attention on special areas of the body to build or move the qi (vital energy). It is easy to learn and practice. Of all the exercise forms available, Qi Gong is the best one I know.

My training was with Dr. Bingkun Hu, from the Wild Goose School.
